Tempest Minerals (ASX:TEM) has completed a successful capital raise of approximately AUD 1.47 million, following a pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer and a Shortfall placement, issuing over 367 million shares and 91.8 million free-attaching options (exercisable at AUD 0.01, expiring 31 May 2027).
These funds are earmarked to accelerate exploration across Tempest’s Project portfolio, including:
Further development of the Remorse iron project at Yalgoo;
Continued gold exploration activities; and
Supporting ongoing offer-related costs.
The Shortfall Offer, managed by Cygnet Capital, closed on 3 June 2025, placing roughly 223 million shares and 56 million options at AUD 0.004 per share. The combined proceeds complement the earlier entitlement raise of AUD 509,386, plus AUD 63,707 in oversubscriptions
