Tempest Minerals (ASX:TEM) has reported early RC drilling results from its Range Project near Mt Magnet, Western Australia — with intersections up to 5.9 g/t gold beside an existing open-pit and mill. The initial results extend gold mineralisation from surface and confirm the project’s potential within one of WA’s most active gold districts.

About the Range Project
The Range Project covers 20 km² of prospective ground within the Mt Magnet goldfield — a multi-million-ounce district hosting long-life open-pit and underground operations. Tempest’s drilling targets are positioned near existing infrastructure and align with the company’s strategy of exploring in proven, low-cost mining regions.
Significance of the Intersections
These first RC results confirm that gold mineralisation continues at depth and along strike, similar to nearby deposits in the Mt Magnet region. Being adjacent to a planned mill expansion provides a clear development advantage if further drilling defines a larger mineralised system.
